MOUNTING WIPERS
|
| Mounting
wiper E50 see section 11.1. The mounting wiper E52 is executed as
follows.
By first in a landing place is established a rubber ring. The
distortions and twisting of a ring are not supposed. Then the
wiper ring is manually unlocked on the lock, is compressed on a
diameter, is interposed into a hole of a forward sleeve of an
actuator and displaces before sticking a ring in a landing groove.
Already were in a landing groove the wiper ring remains under
pressure at the expense of a free condition of a ring, and its
connection in area of the lock forms "overcloak". For
its elimination and connection the wiper rings "butt"
are necessary for deforming a rubber ring. This operation can be
executed in calibre of a fig. 11 with by a contact lead-in and
special flat spot. . |
|
|
| In
same calibre are established in the landing groove of a ring basic
E22 and E20. The mounting wiper E53 is carried out (see fig. 12) a
press fitting with the help mandrel up to a characteristic sound
of click and stopping in a groove of all wiper perimeter. |

MOUNTING
MANTLE RINGS AND CUPS
|
| Mounting
mantle rings E20... E26, and also cup E30... E32 does not require
the special instrument and does not call difficulties. For
expanding of backup rings it is desirable to apply mandrel (fig.
11) |

MOUNTING
SEALS of SHAFTS
|
| The
mounting is executed by a press fitting by pressing all face
surface of the case of seal in the place, intended under it. The
impacts at a press fitting and press fitting by pressing a part of
a face surface are not supposed. Backs of seals with
characteristic attributes: with cerite-top or holes of 1-2 mm
should be oriented in the side of a working cavity of the machine.
At substitution of seals E71 the additional capsulation on
their case is required at the expense of glue or encapsulant. |
