The scheme
of curving of obturating rings depending on a diameter are
submitted in a fig. 2:
the scheme 2a - for rings 20 < d <
25 mm,
scheme 2a - for rings 25 < d < 50 mm,
scheme 2a - for rings d > 50 mm.
The curving of obturating
rings is made as follows. With the purpose of exception of an
opportunity bursting of a ring are heated at temperature 1000C
(during 3-5 minutes), then through special accommodatings such
as "nipper" with stationary (fig. 3) or variable, for
d > 50 mm (fig. 4) arrangement of pins, or through a mask,
are bent up to the given shape. It is supposed to manufacture
heat in boiling water (with its consequent removal from a
surface of rings), in oven in environment of warm air, in a warm
hydraulic fluid. . |
